East German (NVA) military issue Stricheldruckmuster or Ein Strich/Kein Strich, AKA "Rain" camo Combat pack issued to the East German army from 1968 -1991.  Has D-hooks for attachment to Y-Straps.  Includes a set of NVA combat suspenders (Y-Straps).
